Fiduserve obtains its AIFM authorization from CYSEC

The Fiduserve Group, a leading provider of Corporate, Wealth Management and Asset Protection structures and services, is pleased to announce that it has received the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission’s authorisation to provide Alternative Investment Fund Management (AIFM) services out of Cyprus. With its Cyprus AIFM setup, Fiduserve extends its offering and is now strongly positioned to create and support a wider range of financial services to family offices, private equity funds and HNIs, with a primary focus on asset protection and effective management.

The Fiduserve Asset Management team, with wide expertise in risk and portfolio management, structuring, asset protection and wealth management, is ready to provide flexible and tailor-made structures to its clients using the same value driven approach and commitment to sustainable and relevant solutions.
Andreas Hadjioannou, the Group’s Managing Director said: “The changing regulatory environment and shift towards full transparency and reporting has created new realities and the need for more regulated products and services. Our regulatory umbrella and offering can reduce the burden on investment managers and fund promoters by performing many of the onerous AIFMD related duties and can be used by both existing and prospective clients, so that they can focus more of their time on core asset management activities.

Andreas Persianis, the CEO of Fiduserve Asset Management Ltd, added: “Fiduserve Asset Management seeks to combine two decades worth of investment management expertise with the ability to create bespoke solutions for sophisticated clients under its AIFM license . This will give us a tremendous advantage over competitors and enable us to be of greater value to current and prospective clients“.
